SNOW!

This afternoon it started to snow! Luke finally got his Christmas wish! We took Dallin out to walk in the falling snow.
Dallin even tried to get some snowflakes on his tongue!

New Tricks!

Dallin is growing up so fast! He is getting close to standing. When Dallin sees the camera he crawls toward it, that is why his back is to the camera. You will have to turn your head to see this one.

Dallin's new puppy toy sings songs. Dallin has taught himself to dance. Such a cutie!

Christmas twice!

This year we spent Christmas in Oregon, again.  This year instead of being trapped inside by a snow storm we had lots of sunshine!  It was exciting to have our first Christmas with Dallin.  We had an adventure keeping Dallin from attacking the tree or unwraping presents early.

When it was Dallin's turn he wouldn't open it until we opened it enough for him to see there was something inside.

So he started to play with it before it was out of the paper.

He finally got the monkey out!

Dallin loves to climb on anything he can find.

On December 26th the rest of our presents arrived so we got to have Christmas again!  Dallin got this puppy.  It sings and talks.  When Luke brought the box in the house it was talking.

Christmas was a lot of fun! We look forward to another celebration, Dallin's birthday, in two days!

Latest Happenings!

The weekend after Thanksgiving we took out our Christmas decorations and set up the Christmas tree.  This year our tree is in our bedroom so that Dallin will not attack it.

Here Dallin and I are in front of the tree.  Dallin found one of our Christmas mugs and kept trying to drink out of it.  He also likes to bang it on things.

Dallin turned 11 months!  The older Dallin gets the harder it is to do a little photo shoot with him so this months pictures are not so formal.  Here he is trying to climb into his old carseat for his monthly picture.  This outfit is almost going to be too small for is 1 year picture.

As you can see its a good thing we have a bigger carseat for Dallin.  Yes, the cerseat pictures have been updated.  Dallin looks exactly like his picture 2 months ago.

Here is Dallin after his bath.  He loves to splash in the water and get the whole bathroom wet.

Here is Dallin after we saw Santa.  I guess he wanted to drive home himself.

December has been fun so far.  We still have lots to do, see, and experience.  And we will have a 1 year old before the end of December.  Time has flown by so fast.  We first need to get through finals week!  Good Luck Luke!

Santa Claus

Yesterday my friend Jordan and I took our kids to see Santa Claus at the mall.  I was excited Dallin got to sit on Santa's lap his first Christmas.  Here are the pictures of Lyla and Dallin on Santa's lap.
