This year was my best Mother's day yet. It had a lot of firsts. Dallin's first time singing with the Primary in Sacrament meeting, I received my first Mother's Day cards from my kids, I got a present (a blender). It was a wonderful day! I even got to enjoy some beautiful flowers in my backyard.
This Saturday was Luke's first Saturday off for the summer. He now has every Saturday off until Labor day weekend. So we packed our Saturday full of fun. First we went to the mall for the kids club. They got to play games and won prizes.
We then went to check out Kenduskeag Stream on our way home. We walked along it for a little while until the kids let us know it was time to go.
After nap time we played in the pool. The kids love to splash as much water as possible out of the pool.
We then finished of the night making cookies. Which from Dallin's expression is serious business.
We've already had lots of fun and the summer is just starting!
