On the 17
th we took a trip to the zoo. Luke and
Dallin had never been so we decided to go. We went through the whole zoo and saw everything in less than 4 hours. It will be nice when we don't need to push a stroller around.

This is the first animal you see when you enter the zoo. Luke thought it was great. We laughed at how often the mountain goat would pose for
people to take a picture.

In the middle of the zoo is a farm, so of course there was a John Deere
tractor.

Here is me with my trusty steed.

Here is L
uke in the elephant museum. Its amazing how big they are. They even had an elephant tricycle.

Here is one of t
he few elephants at the zoo. We got a
brief look at the baby elephant but our timing was bad because all the elephants were headed inside for lunch.

Here is Luke and
Dallin looking at the above elephant.
Dallin was more interested in looking at me than the animals.

This was one of my favorite animals. Its amazing how huge they are!
About half way through our trip this is how
Dallin was. He did not wake up until we got to the parking lot.

Here is Luke at his favorite
exhibit the sea lions. He did not realize how big they were. We went through this
exhibit twice so that Luke could get another look.
Here is Luke with some fish and you can't really see it but there is a hidden crocodile in the background. It is not even in the
exhibit description. One of the other dads at the zoo pointed it out to us.
All in all it was a fun day. We look forward to when we can go and Dallin will actually look at the animals.
