A tour of our home

So we have been asked a few times about our apartment here in Maine.  So today here is a tour.
First the outside (street view).

When you walk in the front door and look straight ahead you see the stairs.

To the left is the living room.

Here you see Christine sitting on our new rug.  Both Dallin and Christine love to play on the windowsill behind the couch.  You can also see the new curtains I made.

If you walk through the living room you enter the kitchen.

Here you can see the back door and the door to the half bath.

Here is the view out the back.  We have a small deck that will actually get used once it warms up.

From the kitchen you access the basement.  Here you see our large oil tank and a large play area for the kids.

 

On the other side of the "wall" is a work area for me.  For sewing...

 ... and laundry with my new washer and dryer.  I have been wanting these for more than 6 years.

 The final level of the house is upstairs.  Straight ahead of the stairwell is our full bath.

This is our room.

This is the kids room.  Hopefully soon we will be transitioning the kids to beds.
