Exploring Bangor, Maine

Today we got to visit two areas in Bangor.  First this morning we went to the Bog Boardwalk in the City Forest while Dallin was at school.

I am told all of these trees had leaves last week.  This is my friend Shalece and her daughter Isabel.
We walked on this boardwalk through the whole bog area.

Christine loved it and kept telling everyone she went on the bridge.
This afternoon we went to the Thomas Hill Standpipe.
We walked all the way to the top of the water tower to the viewing area.  You can see for miles.

Dallin and Christine were too short to look for themselves so I had to keep picking them up to see the view.
They enjoyed the many stairs going up and down.
I think they enjoyed playing on the rocks outside more than being on the tower.

Yes Benjamin was there too.  Shalece let me borrow the backpack from this morning so I could haul him around.
All in all, a full day.
